Our Purpose
At Stevens Realty, we believe in the power of community support. Our purpose with Stevens Cares is to stand by our tenants during these difficult times, offering a safety net that can help ensure housing stability.
What We Do
We offer rental assistance specifically for long-term residents who have demonstrated a strong rental history and commitment to their home. Through this program, qualifying tenants can receive support for up to two months of overdue rent, allowing them to focus on getting back on their feet.
How We Give Back
Stevens Cares is funded directly from a portion of our lease preparation fees creating a reserve that’s solely dedicated to helping our tenants through life’s unexpected events. This model of giving back allows us to create a sustainable, transparent fund that grows as our community grows.

Resident Assistance Program - "Stevens Cares"
Stevens Cares provides limited rental assistance to long-term tenants facing unexpected financial hardships. We aim to help residents maintain stability during difficult times, including medical issues, job loss, or other life challenges.
Approval Process
Applications will be reviewed by a council of PMs/APMs monthly, ensuring decisions are fair and compassionate.
Fund Monitoring
Funds are managed transparently, and applicants are screened to avoid misuse.
Privacy-Focused
This program is designed to help quietly, targeting tenants in real need rather than widespread announcements.
