About The Requirements

Proof of Workers Compensation Insurance or an Exemption

Ensuring the safety and security of our tenants, property owners, and the vendors we work with is of paramount importance to Stevens Realty. Therefore, we require all our preferred vendors to provide proof of workers’ compensation insurance. If your company is exempt from this requirement, please provide the necessary documentation to establish your exemption status.

Timely Work Order Completion

At Stevens Realty, we understand that property maintenance issues can arise unexpectedly, and prompt attention is crucial. We expect our preferred vendors to be readily available to complete work orders in a timely manner. 10-15% Discount on Work Completed through Stevens Realty
