Through the Stevens Realty Resident Benefits Package, eligible residents now have access to Piñata’s rent rewards as part of their monthly resident experience.
Rent is one of the largest monthly payments most residents make. With Piñata, eligible on-time rent payments can help residents build stronger financial habits, earn rewards, and receive additional value simply for doing what they are already expected to do: paying rent on time.
Piñata reports eligible on-time rent payments to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
Residents can earn rewards when they make eligible on-time rent payments. Piñata’s rewards program may include points, marketplace deals, giveaways, and other rewards opportunities through the Piñata app.
Piñata gives residents access to a rewards marketplace where they may be able to redeem points or participate in special offers, promotions, and resident-focused deals.
Piñata does not replace your rent payment process. Residents will continue to pay rent through Stevens Realty’s normal payment system and must continue following all lease terms, rent deadlines, and payment requirements. Piñata’s role is to help verify and report eligible payments and provide rewards opportunities.
The Piñata Resident Rewards Program is incorporated into the Stevens Realty Resident Benefits Package to give residents more value, more financial tools, and more ways to benefit from responsible renting.

Piñata is a benefit program, but it does not change your lease obligations. Rent must still be paid on time and in full according to your lease agreement. Late payments, unpaid balances, returned payments, or lease violations may affect eligibility for certain benefits.
Is Piñata included in my Resident Benefits Package?
Yes. Stevens Realty has incorporated Piñata into the Resident Benefits Package to provide additional value to residents.
Does Piñata change how I pay rent?
No. Residents should continue paying rent through Stevens Realty’s approved payment process. Piñata does not replace the rent payment system.
Do I earn rewards automatically?
Residents may be able to earn rewards through the Piñata platform for eligible on-time payments and other available app activities. Reward availability may vary based on Piñata’s program terms.
What do I need to use Piñata?
Residents generally need to activate their Piñata account and use the Piñata platform to access rewards, tracking, and program features.
