They were very easy to work with. Customer service is A+.very kind and friendly staff willing to take the time and answer all of your questions.

We have always had fast and friendly service when we need repairs in our apartment. The office management is always friendly and takes our concerns seriously. I know everyone has had different experiences with any place you do business, so far we've been lucky to have had good experiences for the 7 years we've lived here.

I cannot say enough about Stevens Realty. From the full-service property management to the excellent customer service. I was in need of someone to assist with maintenance and timely collection of rent and I have been very satisfied with all of that. I’m grateful to be connected with this company.

After having such difficulty in the past getting things properly taken care of at this unit, it's truly a sigh of relief to have someone not only understand my concerns, but act to resolve the issues with the property. The employees were swift, prompt, and professional. They wore their masks and communicated well. This was the best experience! Thank you.

They are super nice and have dealt with a situation with grace. I love how attentive they are. They are so nice and friendly.

My name is Ryan Inman and I have had Stevens Realty managing my home in Cookeville, TN. Since October 2008. I cannot express how well they have managed my property from a rental standpoint. I am very happy with the service I have been afforded with Stevens Realty as my management company.

I own a house in Chattanooga, Tn. It has been a blessing to find an acceptable property management company. I was referred to Stevens Realty and Paul became my agent. The tenants that he has placed in my rental have been excellent and upkeep has been minimal. Because of Paul and his diligence, I now for the first time making a profit of over 30%. Thank you, Paul.

Awesome group of people represent Stevens Realty well. Great place to rent from. Thank you all especially Scott, Charm, Vicky and Maria.

Jerome was great to work with. Very efficient. Answered all my questions. Stevens rentals had a lot of different apartments to choose from.

Stevens Rentals has been my middle Tennessee property manager for over 5 years now. We have found Scott the property manager, Jim the owner, and the entire staff to be helpful, knowledgeable, and concerned about how the business operates. His company brings both professionalism and systems to property management while providing a hands-on personal touch with both myself and the tenants. Stevens provides the options and service needed to our tenants. this allows us the opportunity to turn an average investment into a great one.

If anything is ever wrong they come out to fix it almost immediately! We have been renting from Stevens for a year now and would recommend to anyone. They work with you and have been very helpful with any issues!

They made the process very easy! From going to view the property to filling out the forms online! I have been communicating with Charm and she is absolutely wonderful! she has answered all my questions and she is so friendly! Thank you so much Stevens Rentals! I know we are going to enjoy our new place!!

I have worked with charm and Claudia and both were very helpful they are very knowledgeable. They helped us get the home we loved

Stevens Realty does a great job managing my properties. I used to manage them myself, but my stress levels are so much lower now that I have professionals doing the job for me. And I think that I’m getting better tenants now as well with the knowledge and experience that Stevens Realty has. I highly recommend them.
